Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Scope
Delivery is available across the entire United States. Shipments to destinations outside the United States are currently not supported.
2. Shipping Fee Description
Orders totaling 100 USD or more qualify for free shipping. For orders under 100 USD, a flat shipping fee of 8 USD will be applied. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
3. Order Cut-off Time
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CET). Orders placed before 6:00 PM (CET) on a business day will have their processing time counted starting from that same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (CET) will be considered as received on the next business day, and processing time will begin accordingly. If an order is placed on a non-business day, processing will commence on the following business day.
4. Processing Time
All orders require a processing period of 1 to 3 business days before shipment. This timeframe begins once the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.
5. Transit Period
The estimated total transit time from the date of shipment is 5 to 8 business days. Please note that this does not include the processing time mentioned above.
6. Carriers
We partner with leading carriers commonly used within the United States, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment invoice, and the assigned carrier’s details. Enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to view real-time updates.
8. Liability Statement
A. Product Damage or Loss: We take great care in packaging all items. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
B. Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations cannot be made. If you need to make changes before shipment, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
C. Delivery Address and Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
9. Receiving Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damage before signing. If the package appears damaged, we recommend noting it with the carrier or refusing acceptance. After receiving, open the package carefully and verify the contents against your order. Any issues should be reported to us within a reasonable timeframe.
